Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Here's the complete solution. Follow these 7 steps in order — each one is a concrete action you take on screen.
- Tap Estelle, the white-haired woman on the right, to make her clap her hands, which magically disperses the dark cloud hovering over the market stall, revealing the bright sun. This action is crucial for later steps that require sunlight.
- Tap the large blue rock on the left side of the market stall. Estelle will identify it as 'iron ore,' indicating it is not the desired gemstone, and it will be removed from the display.
- Observe as a magical book appears on the ground in front of the stall and opens to display an 'Ordinary stone' (a light blue rock). Tap the image of the light blue rock within the open book to examine its properties, confirming it is not the perfect gemstone, after which the book will close and disappear.
- Tap the purple rock on the left side of the market stall. Estelle will use a magnifying glass to inspect it closely, concluding that 'The gem inside this one is too small.' This rock is then removed from the stall.
- Tap the gray rock located in the middle of the market stall. A hammer will appear and strike the rock, breaking it apart and revealing it is not the perfect gemstone, leading to its removal.
