Here's the complete solution. Follow these 11 steps in order — each one is a concrete action you take on screen.

1. Instruct the two men (Felix and his companion) to wash the dishes by tapping on the stack of dishes on the table, clearing them from the room.
2. Once the men return, instruct them to clean the room by tapping on the brooms behind the table, sending them off to perform the task. (Note: A visual sequence of them transforming into women and having tea with Cece will play, but this is part of the task animation and not a separate player action.)
3. After the men return from cleaning, open the wardrobe by tapping its doors, then instruct one of the men to wash clothes by tapping the pile of clothes that appears inside, sending him off with the laundry.
4. Once the men return, open the wardrobe again by tapping its doors, then instruct them to take gifts by tapping the pile of gifts that appears inside, sending them off with the presents.
5. With the two men temporarily out of the way, tap Cece to open her spellbook, then select the 'Transformation spell' (frog icon) to magically transform the two men into frogs, ensuring they are no longer a hindrance for 10 minutes.
6. The scene shifts to Cece in a tower window and Felix below. Tap the broken ladder/pole on the side of the tower to make it fall, revealing a loose stone block in the wall.
7. Tap the loose stone block in the wall to dislodge it, causing it to fall to the ground and create a base for Felix.
