Here's the complete solution. Follow these 10 steps in order — each one is a concrete action you take on screen.

1. Collect the Orange Scissors (Progress 1/10): Tap the orange handle scissors lying on the ground near the puppy.
2. Cut the Puppy's Metal Chain (Progress 2/10): Drag the scissors to the metal chain holding the white puppy to cut it.
3. Alert the White Puppy (Progress 3/10): Tap the freed puppy to make it run left and distract the three girls.
4. Snip the Overhanging Clothesline (Progress 4/10): Drag the scissors up to the rope clothesline tied between the tree and the pipe.
5. Disguise the Hiding Trash Can (Progress 5/10): Watch the white T-shirt fall directly over the trash can to hide Claire.
6. Pop the Floating Balloon Cluster (Progress 6/10): Tap the colorful balloons tied to the pipe twice to pop them.
