Here's the complete solution. Follow these 13 steps in order — each one is a concrete action you take on screen.

1. Click the yellow teleport icon on the middle shop door to enter the clothing store.
2. Custom new shirt: Select a sharp men's top/shirt and drag it to Felix to change (progress 1/9).
3. Pick pants: Choose pants suitable for combat or travel and drag them onto him (progress 2/9).
4. Change new boots: Purchase a pair of brand new leather boots and drag them to Felix's feet (progress 3/9).
